This Privacy Policy explains how EL Software Services LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you use the Car AI website at carai.chat, the Car AI web app at app.carai.chat and related services (together, the “Service”).

• Vehicle information — if you connect a vehicle, data made available through the connected-car provider you authorize, such as make, model, VIN, odometer, fuel or battery level, location and diagnostic information.
• Content you provide — messages you send to the AI assistant and any photos or details you add.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processors. We receive limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits, the country of the card and the status of each payment; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, dates and times of use, and error logs.

How we use information

• to provide, operate and improve the Service and its AI features;
• to process payments and manage subscriptions, renewals and refunds;
• to communicate with you about your account, purchases and support requests;
• to measure and improve our marketing and the performance of the Service;

• a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
